My 5 year wedding anniversary is coming up in a few days and so I thought I’d finally share my turquoise and yellow wedding invitation suite…better late than never, right! We picked our colors and some cool font types and then it all kinda come together from there! I knew I wanted to go “all out” and create an impressive invitation suite and so I had to have a crystal embellishment and pretty satin ribbon! I also knew I wanted to be very detailed about our wedding day and so we included numerous enclosure cards including a menu card, reception, accommodations, and directions cards. And pretty Digital Calligraphy to complete the look! All the enclosure cards were designed to fit perfectly inside the pocket invitation which allowed me to add a nice and unique design element. I over-layed text on these stacked cards so when guests open the suite, they are greeted with the saying “Always and Forever!”. This little detail along with the RSVP envelope, added the perfect amount of color to our turquoise and yellow wedding invitation.
The Diane Wedding Invitation has a vintage modern feel to it….rustic yet classy! This is a great wedding invitation if you’re getting married at an outdoor venue or non-traditional venue such as ours. Our venue was romantic and we totally fell in love with it at first site! Historic Travellers Rest Plantation & Museum had beautiful grounds surrounded by huge magnolia trees and a new “barn” that was perfect for our seated dinner wedding reception.
Check out the entire Diane Collection. I designed matching programs, menus, place cards, signage, seating chart, table numbers, candy labels, thank you cards, and more!
