The Perfect Wedding Invitation for A Southern Belle

So, it has almost been one year to the date, when my family and I moved down here to Fairhope, Alabama! It’s so exciting to be in this warmer weather and near the beach along the Gulf Coast. So many new and beautiful things surround us like fluffy white cotton fields, majestic old pecan trees, small color-changing lizards,…and some “not-so-much-fun” things like fire ants! Anyhow, being in the South is great! And so, I have noticed that many Southerners (such as my neighbors), are all about monograms! They monogram everything! Clothes, socks, baby bibs, lunch bags, water bottles, pool bags,…you name it! Everything has their initials on it!

And this trend definitely carries over into Wedding! These “Southern Belles” are all about having their monogram on their perfect wedding invitation! And so, it’s time to design some wedding invitations with “Southern charm”! Traditional, simplistic, and elegant.

Introducing the Allexus Wedding Invitation! The perfect wedding invitation for a Southern Belle. It’s a classic with a crested monogram with olive leaf and olive branch accents! The initials “A” with “W” are displayed as a “double overlap”. A traditional choice of wording combined with a nice choice of script and block type fonts and it’s elegant yet simple color palette of gold and ivory with accents in dark purple, is perfect for both “him” and “her”. Not too girly yet not masculine. And it’s a MUST to have the matching calligraphy on the envelopes! It adds that extra special touch to the invitation suite and ties it all together. Our addressing is in digital calligraphy and it’s great because we can match colors and font types. See the entire Collection! We designed a matching save the date, program, menu, table number, thank you note card, escort card, and place card.
