Megan and Allen, of Southern Grace Photography, are a husband and wife team known for their airy and light wedding photography! I was blown away when they showed up on-site with a massive bag full of styling props and a huge custom hand painted backdrop. The dreamy blue and pink backdrop was suspended onto copper piping for a unique floral installation that showcased the whimsical cake and delightful mini apple pies. Capturing wedding details is a significant part of Southern Grace Photography’s shooting style, as you can see in these breathtaking photos of the joyful couple, wedding paper, florals, and other beautifully styled details.
One of my favorite details about this editorial was the white antique pick-up truck! Maranda with Jubilee Events and Design did an incredible job styling the truck by packing it full of potted herbs, organic farm eggs, baskets of peaches, jars of honey, and vintage suitcases. Gotta have a vintage Ford pickup truck for a farm fresh wedding, right?! The truck was dressed with the cutest heart-shaped floral wreath that had the oh-so-famous saying of, “Life is Peachy!” And a summery wedding is not complete without bright beautiful flowers designed by talented Wildflower Wedding Co.
Vintage details complimented this outdoor wedding from the sweetheart table with matching chairs, to all the table top details! Blush pink goblets paired with a mixed array of beautiful vintage plates. And the white vintage cake table was the perfect display for our pretty desserts!
The wedding stationery reflected the summery dusty blue and peach tones with a classic monogram, fun floral watercolor, and custom venue painting. The hand illustrated botanical wreath monogram was carried throughout the wedding paper to create a cohesive collection with southern charm. And flowy pink Froufrou Chic silk ribbon adorned the wedding program booklets and name addressed favor tags that were tied to honey jars. Little paper scrolls highlighted the blueberry garnished bellini drinks and mini pies!
Hillcrest Farms, with its picturesque vineyards, was the prefect venue for this farm fresh wedding editorial. The farm has acres of blueberry fields, pear trees, honey bees, and vegetable gardens and is located in Elberta, Alabama. They even have a dusty blue chicken coop barn that turned out to be the most charming backdrop for the bride and groom! ***All vendor credits listed at the bottom.
